Norsemen Shipyard-Marlow Yachts Ltd., were built on 25 pristine waterfront acres with approximately 50 acres of open and beautiful oceanfront for the future.  Located 500 miles north of Hong Kong and the first occupant and founder of the Chi Hu Valley Green Industrial Complex, Norsemen-Marlow's ultra modern factory overlook national parkland and 60 miles of unspoiled white sand beach reminiscent of a Gauguin painting.  Not only is the Norsemen-Marlow yard the most modern boat production factory in Asia but also the first and thus far only company in the marine industry to establish a fully "green" environmental policy.
